Did you catch Lisa Hanson’s interview on the Unsafe Space podcast?
Host Carter Laren asked great questions to introduce Lisa’s current situation to the Unsafe Space podcast’s more than 40,000 subscribers.
Lisa was able to explain the current criminal charges brought against her by the Albert Lea City Attorney for reopening The Interchange business. Lisa also explained how she also is going on the offense in a series of countersuits against numerous entities.
Carter mentioned how he needed to get the interview done quickly, as it was his first guest to have an active warrant for her arrest. Fortunately, as of March 29, 2021, that warrant hasn’t been executed. Could it be that they realized they’d never issued a lawful summons to begin with?
The Interchange in Albert Lea was one of about 180 uh businesses in Minnesota that joined the Reopen Minnesota Coalition to defy the second lockdown order made by Governor Walz. In the interview, Lisa remembers how a certain health inspector behaved more like a peeping tom voyeur, and not like a professional inspector.
The Unsafe Space interview is about an hour and ten minutes long, but it is well worth a listen.
By opening the doors on December 16 to operate her business in a legal and normal manner, Lisa Hanson became a criminal in the eyes of state and local officials. But for those who value God-given, inalienable rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, Lisa has become a symbol for the individual’s struggle against totalitarianism.
